Claire Eli is a movement, yoga and meditation teacher who loves to explore the world through the body. Claire is based between New York, South East Asia and Europe.




Claire will be back teaching at Vagabond Temple retreat centre from Nov 5th - May 1st 2019. Vagabond offers ongoing yoga & meditation retreats starting from 5 days and up to 2 months. The retreat program includes a full daily schedule of yoga and meditation classes, three healthy vegan meals per day, full use of house facilities, and a team of qualified teachers and an international spiritual community. You can also enrich your retreat by adding a detox programReiki course or healing sessions.

Tap into your authenticity, creativity and the rhythm of your own body at Claire's exclusive movement, dance and yoga workshop.
The Still Movement workshop was developed during Claire's time teaching teaching throughout South East Asia, Australasia and whilst studying urban dance in New York.

The workshop focuses on developing body awareness and provides a space to tap into expression and healing.

Beginning with breath work followed by a light asana sequence, students will begin to connect to the wisdom and intelligence of their own body. A sound track will begin the room will be taken through a series of movement exercises and partner work which will wake up areas of the body and create room for experimentation, laughter, discussion and play.

No prior experience with yoga, dance or movement practices is necessary, all levels are welcome.
